Applying to PSU was a lot easier than I expected. Financial Aid staff and Admissions staff practically held my hand through the whole process. Very pleasant experience. I came in with a 3.4 GPA (not great, but not bad either, considering you only have to have a 2.7 or something ridiculous like that). You may have to wait in line for some services when you get there, but truthfully, I've waited in MUCH longer lines. If you've ever been to community college during an economic downturn, you would know that compared with their lines, waiting in line at PSU is a breeze. My advice nonetheless would be to get stuff done early if at all possible.

Really easy to get into. Would recommend getting an associates degree first so you can bypass all the freshman and sophomore inquiries(university studies things) and just transfer in as a junior.
